New Challenge!!!!

Hello everyone,
I'm sorry that I didn't get to post on Sunday.  I was traveling and didn't get home till late so here I am now ready and excited to tell you about the new challenge ahead of me.  I would also encourage everyone who is trying to loose weight to join in with me.

Ok, so the new challenge is 35 lbs by July 1.  That is 67 days from today.  My mom and I have been trying to help each other out and we decided on that number together.  I would love for everyone who is trying to loose weight to set a goal for yourself. loosing 35 pounds is not for everyone.  Some of you don't have that much to loose.  I have a lot to loose so my body lets go of weight easier.  So keep that in mind. When setting a goal make sure it is something you will have to work hard to reach.  If you are already working out and eating healthy then you may need to switch up your work out.  Your body gets used to what you are doing so you need to "shock" your body.  I am going to start my circuit training.  One of the trainers at the gym said I should do it for about 4-6 weeks then change it up again.  So if you stop loosing weight and you are putting in the work change it up!!!  Along with the challenge I would also like everyone to reward their selves with something when you reach your goal.  If you have something in mind then GREAT! If not a good way to help motivate yourself is by putting a dollar in a jar every time you work out for an hour.  $1 per hour.  Then on July 1st you can take that money and get yourself something you have been wanting like a new outfit or something :) If you would like to put more money per hour that's fine also!

Take the rest of this week to figure out and SCHEDULE in your calendars your work out.  Go to the store and buy healthy foods.  Weigh yourself and set your goal.  Pick the day that you would like to weigh in every week and try to make it in the morning.  Lets all make sure we have this done and we are ready to get going on May 1st.  That will make this another 60 day challenge :)
