What to do when you fall off the wagon and you feel to fat to climb back on!!!!

Hey everyone!!!!
I know it has been awhile and I am sorry about that. I have been pretty busy and just haven't been feeling my normal self. So I decided to write about what I have been going through and have overcome recently.

As a woman and, I'm sure men feel this way sometimes too, you just get in a funk! It's like one thing after another. First you are sick so you skip the gym, then you eat really bad and your bloated and you think in one meal you gained back every pound you lost, so you still don't got back to the gym, then because you think you gained all you weight back (when you didn't) you feel like your goals are unattainable so you don't feel like trying, then your in a funk. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me I am not the only one who goes thru this, because if I am then I have some serious problems:) This cycle can cause you to end up right where you began, unhappy, unhealthy, and lacking the energy and zest for life. So how do you get out of it? We are all going to face it and it can break you and if we are honest it was probably the thing that got you last time. It doesn't feel good to feel this way. I have decided to call it the " you fell off a wagon and you feel to fat to get back on it syndrome" lol :)

So how do you over come it? It really isn't hard physically, but it is hard mentally. You have to stop making excuses, let go of your pride, and stick to your word!
Stop making excuses: stop saying I will go tomorrow, stop saying I will start back on Monday, stop eating crazy because it's your last day to eat whatever you want ( and letting that "last day" last for a whole month!! You know I'm right! Lol) we have to learn to just except the fact that sometimes we are out of control and there is no excuse for it. Monday will never come, just grab back a hold of your life, take a deep breath and,
Let go of your pride: no matter how much you have had it together in the past, no matter how many people you have inspired, no matter how much weight you have lost or how in shape you are we ALL need help and a little motivation sometimes. And most of the time you are going to have to ask for the help. Ask someone to go to the gym with you and stress to them the importance of making sure you both go at the time you planned. Ask someone to ask you every day if you went to the gym and how your diet is. It's ok to ask for help. A prideful person that seems like they have it all together and never asks for help will be the first one to fall off the wagon and it's hard to find the strength to get back up alone! Sometimes we need a hand up from a friend.
Lastly,
Stick to your word: the more times you say you are going to go to the gym and you don't the easier it gets to do that every time. So try your hardest to just go. You will never regret going but you will regret it if you don't go. sometimes the hardest part about going to the gym is getting there. Once your there you feel good, you accomplish something, and you enjoy yourself but it's not always easy to convince yourself to go, but you CAN do it! If you are having a hard time eating right, go to the gym and put in a lot of effort to burn those calories of whatever you ate that isn't apart of your healthy eating. It will help you eat better because you work hard to burn those calories. You will start looking at things and realizing eating them isn't worth the work you will have to put in at the gym to burn it off:)
I hope this helps some of you!!! Don't forget we are still doing the 60 day challenge and it is never to late to start! It ends July 1st. Set a goal for yourself from now to then and do everything you can to reach it! I am always available if anyone needs help! Post a comment, email me brittneybaker87@gmail.com or look me up on Facebook!
Let's work hard! Our goals aren't that far out of reach! You can do anything you set your mind to. Stop feeling miserable and get back on the wagon. Trust me the effort is totally worth it:)
