59 days to go:)
I wanted to check in with everyone and make sure you all remembered the 60 day challenge started yesterday!:) if you forgot it is ok, don't wait for the next one START TODAY! Don't talk yourself out of it, give it your all. I promise at the end of the 60 days you will be much happier that you did it then if you don't. If your anything like me you will just regret that you let so much time go by with out doing anything! Plan your work outs and when you are going to go, go to the store and get some good healthy food, get rid of the potato chips (unless you can control yourself from eating half the bag!!) and enjoy the fact that YOU have decided to do something to better yourself and that YOU can do it! Be empowered, you have the ability to change your life. It's all up to you and I believe you can do it!:)
I would love to hear from everyone who is doing the challenge or not doing the Challenge. Let's encourage each other and keep each other accountable. Post your work out schedule or routine, let us know of a good healthy meal, ask questions, give us your little secrets! Let's help each other make healthy living a part of who each of us are! Leave a post or message me at brittneybaker87@gmail.com
Be encouraged today! You CAN change your life! It's all up to you and it starts with committing yourself to do your best then taking 1 step at a time. Make a healthy choice and get moving today! You won't regret it! You have nothing to lose , but pounds of course:)

ReplyDeleteI thought I would post a yummy recipe :) So, I absolutely love Ingredient salads. You get to build your own salad, it's huge and totally filling. HOWEVER, it's like 12 bucks! SO, I decided to make my own at home :) I will admit, it wasn't AS delicious, but it was still VERY yummy and very filling. I couldn't even finish my salad. The best part is, it's less than 500 calories easy depending on your choice of dressing. So here it is:
ReplyDelete*1 Rotisserie Chicken
*Baby Spinach (You can choose any type of lettuce)
*Cucumber
*Grilled Broccoli (I put raw broccoli in a skillet with some water & then seasoned it with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and some red pepper to add some kick)
*Cheese
*Nuts (I used Oat Bran Sesame Sticks because I couldn't find the right type of nuts--still very yummy and adds the crunch)
*Dressing
**Obviously, you can add any other veggies!!!
Seriously, this salad was very yummy and cheaper considering I have leftovers of everything and can eat my favorite Ingredient salad a few times a week at home :)
I hope you try this and love it!
Thanks Brittney for the motivation to be healthy!
